CHAIN HOOK MODEL:
The CHAIN HOOK MODEL of
EZ-RELEASE is the standard model.
With the CHAIN HOOK MODEL, the worker fixes a chain into the lock of the
device. Almost any type of load of up to 2 tons can be lifted. The
weight limitation due solely to the limitation of the chain because the device
is, of course, only able to hold what the chain holds. The
EZ-RELEASE
device itself passed tests holding 400% of the approved weight by TÜV Austria.
This European safety testing agency applied its most stringent testing
procedures to our hook attachment (more.....). We are in the process of
obtaining a higher U.S. weight rating for the devices for those customers who
need to lift weights heavier than 2 tons. At present, to increase the
weight capacity, customers may use two or more hooks. Please do not
